Announcing: DubLaw
For the past few months I’ve been working long, long hours to launch a project near and dear to my heart: DubLaw. DubLaw is a series of intensive courses created by me to help other lawyers incorporate a fantastic program, Dubsado, into their legal practices.
What is Dubsado?
Dubsado is a business management system initially developed for creative entrepreneurs like photographers and graphic designers. However, I’ve found that with a little time, energy, and know-how, I was able to customize my Dubsado account into the best practice management system available for my law firm.
What Can Dubsado do for my Law Practice?
Since implementing Dubsado this past Spring, I’ve been able to get rid of many programs, apps, and software I previously used, including Clio, Lexicata / Clio Grow, Hello Sign, Acuity, and Gmail canned emails just to name a few. I was also able to integrate many of my favorite systems with Dubsado, so I could continue using LawPaw, QuickBooks, Google Sheets, and more. Dubsado has given me the creative flexibility to create a branded world that is true to my firm, serves my clients’ needs and my practice areas. But more importantly, Dubsado gives me the power to create automated workflows, which I’d never been able to do with any other software before honestly. Here are just a few things I’ve been able to do thanks to Dubsado:
Get rid of expensive practice management software that doesn’t do everything I need.
Get rid of extraneous programs, apps, and logins (and passwords!) that I had to use to supplement my less than perfect case management system.
Save time by creating automated workflows that don’t require me to lift a finger once everything is in place.
Save money by not paying admins to do work that can be fully automated.
How Does DubLaw Work?
Through pre-recorded classes and live Q&As, I will share my knowledge. And by using actual examples from my firm’s practice, I will show you how to make a software system work for you and your firm, not the other way around. I am also available for one-on-one hourly consultations that can be added a la carte at any time. And, for those too busy to sit and learn the system, I will soon offer my templates, canned emails, and workflows for sale too. I’ve also created a DubLaw Facebook community where we can continue to grow along with Dubsado as updates are continually being rolled out.
